We accept return or refund requests within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from the product description.

Because many of our stationery sets are curated and packed individually, minor variations may occur.

Customers must contact us by email before requesting a return.

Refunds are processed after review and approval of the request.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
